Meet the Team
Luke BrownLPL Registered Principal
Luke began his career as a financial advisor over a decade ago and enjoys his work today as much as he did when starting out. He is proud to offer needs based advice and objective, client centered planning. In 2008 he chose to become an independent advisor and started his own practice to better serve his clients. Being independent translates to broader product selection, greater technological capabilities, and an enhanced client experience. His practice is exclusive of proprietary products and investment banking, as these can lead to conflicts of interest. Luke is proud to be affiliated with LPL Financial, the nations largest independent broker-dealer and consistently ranks in the top 10% of LPL advisors based on productivity. As a business owner he has a unique understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by today's small businesses.
Locally, Luke is a member of Southwestern Michigan Estate Planning Council, is active in his church serving as chair of the finance committee, and is a past member of NAIFA. Luke holds his series 7, 24, and 66 securities registration and can write life, health and variable contracts.
Personally, Luke and his wife Shannon have been married nearly 15 years and have two children Kale 11 and Ellie 10. They enjoy everything outdoors including backpacking, camping, hunting and farming. Luke also spends a great deal of time volunteering and supporting non-profit organizations.
